CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEEStorck Bicycles purchased by you have a guarantee for 24 months from handover against material defects when used non-commercially. Within this period the specialist retailer who sold the bicycle will repair any defects free of charge and replace defective parts insofar as the defects existed when the bicycle came into your possession. This does not include parts to wear and tear. (Page 62). Please note that with suspension bicycles, seals, bushes and fluids are also subject to wear and tear. Please have the suspension components inspected regularly and ensure the worn parts are regularly replaced in order to prevent further damage.
The component producers Campagnolo, Shimano and SRAM also offer extended guarantees, which partly exceed the minimum legal requirements. These parts are guaranteed by the national importer and not by STORCK BICYCLES GmbH. In every case your retailer is the first point of contact.
No order submitted by the buyer shall be deemed to be accepted by the seller unless and until confirmed by the seller's authorised representative. The buyer shall be responsible to the seller for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order (including any applicable specification) submitted by the buyer and for giving the seller any necessary information relating to the goods within a sufficient time to enable the seller to perform the contract in accordance with those terms. The quality, description and quantity of and any specification for the goods shall be those set out in the seller's quotation (if acceptable by the buyer) or the buyers order (if accepted by the seller). For any goods manufactured, the buyer shall indemnify the seller against all claims, loss, damages and expenses incurred or for any infringement of patent, copyright, design, trademark or other intellectual property rights for which the seller may become liable by following the requirements or specification supplied. This allows us to email you your consignment number to enable you to track your delivery. It also allows UKMail to send you a pre delivery notification text message to let you know what time your goods will be delivered. Your delivery will require a signature, however if you’re not available when the courier arrives they will leave a card with the redelivery instructions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is "as new"* and in the original packaging.

Faulty items will either be replaced, or refunded following evaluation by our Customer Services team.
Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from us (Vielo Sports LTD) If you have purchased your item from one of Storck’s Dealers please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning items over the value of £50.

If you are unhappy with the fit, cut, colour or style of your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 30 days of ordering. As long as the item is “as new”* Vielo Sports will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment.

Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Vielo Sports will forward the item to the manufacturer to assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
If a faulty item has been worn it must be freshly laundered before being returned. All unwashed worn garments will be returned back to the customer.
It is advised to contact us before you make a return. Goods must be in original packaging. The customer is responsible for meeting the return postage costs. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive in good condition.

Vielo Sports LTD reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders prior to dispatch due to errors or omissions on the Storck-bicycle.cc website. In this situation we will contact you to let you know why the order has been cancelled.
Vielo Sports LTD reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available, e.g. if the item has been discontinued. In this case a full refund will be given for the cost of the cancelled order. No compensation will be paid in such cases, but rest assured we will do the upmost to reduce the chances of this happening.
A great deal of care has been taken to ensure that the product descriptions, titles and specifications match the garment. The colours shown on the images on www.storck-bicycle.cc are as close a representation of the actual garments as possible. However the actual product may differ slightly given that the images may display slightly differently on different browsers, screens and operating systems.
All items displayed are inclusive of VAT at 20% and you will not be charged for any additional taxes on the prices displayed.
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed safely and securely.
